Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Flexible schedules · Statewide in New Jersey
Provide one-on-one and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on independence, inclusion, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in ADLs, community integration, and skill-building.
- Implement person-centered goals and document progress daily.
- Follow safety plans, medication/health protocols, and incident reporting.
- Transport individuals to activities, appointments, and employment when needed.
- Communicate professionally with families, coordinators, and the care team.
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time / Part-time / Per-diem; days, evenings, weekends available.
- Local travel within assigned county/region (mileage reimbursed per policy).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles accept equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (role dependent).
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), clean background per NJ DDD standards.
- Strong empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DDD services, Autism, behavioral supports, or CNA/CHHA.
- Medication administration/Delegation, MAP/MedTech a plus.
Compensation: competitive; varies by county, shift, and credentials.
Employment Specialist
Community-based · New Jersey
Support individuals in finding and maintaining competitive employment through job coaching, employer engagement, and vocational training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized employment plans.
- Provide on-site job coaching and travel training as needed.
- Source opportunities, build employer relationships, and advocate for placements.
- Track outcomes and prepare progress notes for funders/DDD/guardians.
- Coordinate with coordinators, behavior supports, and family stakeholders.
Schedule & Travel
- Primarily weekdays with some evenings/weekends based on employer needs.
- Regular community travel; valid license & reliable vehicle required.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Human Services, Education, Rehab, or related field preferred.
- Experience in supported employment or job coaching strongly preferred.
- Excellent documentation, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Meets NJ DDD employment services requirements (or willing to complete trainings).
Nice to Have
- APSE/CESP or other vocational certification.
- Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or other) a plus.

Behavior Specialist
Field-based · New Jersey
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; train caregivers and direct support staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments; write and update Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Train and coach staff/families on plan implementation and data collection.
- Analyze data to adjust interventions and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with clinical providers, coordinators, and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with DDD standards and documentation timelines.
Schedule & Travel
- Flexible scheduling to meet individual/family availability.
- Field travel across assigned region; reliable transportation required.
Qualifications
- Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
- Experience authoring BSPs and training teams; BCaBA/BCBA a plus.
- Strong clinical writing and data analysis skills.
- Meets NJ DDD behavior services qualifications (or willing to obtain).
Nice to Have
- Autism experience, trauma-informed practices, or PBS certification.
- Bilingual ability a plus.
Compensation: commensurate with credentials and experience; clinical supervision opportunities may be available.
Coordinator / Admin Support
Hybrid · New Jersey
Assist with scheduling, documentation, compliance, and communication with families, providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, intakes, authorizations, and service notes.
- Track compliance (training, background checks, certifications).
- Assist with billing support (clean claims, documentation audits).
- Respond to email/phone inquiries and route to the correct team.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Google Workspace.
Schedule & Travel
- Weekdays; hybrid mix of remote and office as assigned.
- Occasional travel to meetings or trainings.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and databases.
- Prior human services, healthcare, or DDD experience preferred.
- Customer-service mindset; ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Medicaid/DDD processes.
- Bilingual ability a plus.
Compensation: hourly or salary based on experience; benefits eligibility per role.
